WHAT TO WEAR FOR THE COURSE:

Tracksuits and gym shoes are best; wear something comfortable, you will be moving a lot!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE:

Anyone interested in attending may do so since this is done for charity and for fun, however, in order to be able to certify, you must be physically fit enough to perform repetitive physical movements that require considerable effort and be fluent in English. If you are unable to perform such physical activity or you are not fluent in English but still wish to come and spend time with us and contribute to charity work, feel free to come even though you understand that you may not obtain a certificate at the end of the training. Come for the fellowship and fun!

WHAT TO BRING TO THE COURSE:

All materials are provided by Cranston Ridge Medical Clinic and exceed the standards of quality and safety imposed by Heart & Stroke Canada and the American Heart Foundation.
